Buyers asking “do you have documents for my country?” typically need three things: EU product-compliance evidence, management-system proof for supplier audits, and multi-page test data. How can I confirm a SunAura certificate is genuine?
Each certificate carries a unique certificate or report number and the contact details of the issuing body. ZCT documents can be checked at www.renzhengjiance.com; ISO documents can be checked at the official CNCA website (www.cnca.gov.cn) and the issuer’s website (www.benchmarks.com.hk). We also send original PDF files on request so you can validate the file signature and layout yourself.
Do the ISO certificates cover our manufacturing or only sales?
The current ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 certificates (BMCQ0120185S, BMCE0120080S, BMCS0120052S) cover the sale of heating film, heating cables, heating plates, heating modules, thermostats and heating household products, with validity to 12 January 2028. Our production site at No. 407 Huaihe West Road, Huangdao District, Qingdao is the registered and certified address.
What is the difference between a conformity certificate and a test report?
A certificate of conformity (e.g. 21ZCTE0312004EC) is a summary declaration that the product meets a directive, referencing the standard(s) applied. A test report (e.g. the 28-page 21ZCTE0312004ER) contains the actual measurement data. We publish both, because the certificate without the underlying report is only half the evidence.
Why does the heating film CE certificate name a different company?
The heating film EMC conformity certificate 20ZCTE0116004EC was issued under the previous legal name of our production entity. Today the entity operates as SunAura (Qingdao) Thermal Technology Co., Ltd, which appears on the newer ISO certificates and the thermostat CE documents.
Can I get the full multi-page reports?
Yes. The 28-page EMC report and 48-page LVD report for the NHWK thermostat series are available on request, as are the complete cable and film test files. Contact us through the contact page or help centre with your model list and destination market.
