| Express | DHL / FedEx / UPS for samples and small parcels, 3–7 days worldwide |
Lead Times
- Standard samples: 3–7 days after confirmation
- Production: 15–25 days depending on order size and customization
- Full container orders: 20–30 days from deposit to ready-for-shipment
Payment Terms
- New customers: 30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance before shipment
- Large orders: L/C at sight accepted for container quantities
- OEM / repeat customers: negotiable terms after order history
- PayPal and other methods on request for sample orders
Packaging & Documentation
Products ship in export-grade packaging with batch traceability. Full documentation accompanies every order: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading / airway bill, certificates (CE, RoHS, ISO) and, on request, the SGS / ZCT test reports and insurance documents.
