What the Warranty Covers
- Defects in materials and workmanship that appear under normal use
- Heating element failure confirmed by resistance and insulation testing
- Replacement product or repair at our discretion
What It Does Not Cover
- Damage from incorrect voltage, improper installation or electrical connections
- Mechanical damage during or after installation
- Flooring or structural damage caused by the installer or third parties
- Overheating caused by failure to respect floor manufacturer temperature limits
How to Claim
- Keep your warranty card and order documents.
- Contact us with the product model, batch/date code and a description (photos help).
- We confirm the diagnosis — usually within 3 working days — and arrange a replacement.
