Heated Floor Mat — Indoor Electric Graphene Heating Mat

Model: NYRN15/D CE & RoHS Factory since 2008 OEM / ODM Welcome

Indoor graphene heated floor mat, 31x51cm, waterproof vinyl top, non-slip backing, multi-level heat and timer for desk and kitchen.

Overview

A SunAura heated floor mat is a slim, stand-on indoor warming mat designed to put a warm surface underfoot where people actually stand — at a desk, in a kitchen, at a workbench or by an entryway. Built around a printed graphene element under a waterproof, scratch-resistant vinyl surface, the reference mat measures 31 × 51 cm with custom sizes available, and it warms in about five seconds through a plug-in controller with multi-level heat and a timer. The heated floor mat is a portable, indoor comfort product: it sits on top of the finished floor rather than being embedded beneath it.

This is important to distinguish from two other products in our range. It is not an outdoor snow-melting mat for driveways and steps, and it is not an underfloor heating mat laid beneath laminate or tile. The indoor heated floor mat is a freestanding, plug-in pad you place on top of the floor to warm your feet and feet-and-ankles while standing. If you have ever worked through a winter at a cold kitchen sink or a concrete workshop bench, the idea is simple: a warm surface directly underfoot beats waiting for a whole room to heat up. SunAura Thermal manufactures the element and the finished mat on our Qingdao lines, supplying wholesale indoor heating mats, private-label programmes and custom ODM builds. The reference model is NYRN15/D.

How the Graphene Heating Works

Under the vinyl surface, a printed graphene–carbon composite converts the supply into far-infrared radiation across the 5–14 µm band, with conversion efficiency above 99%. Because the element is a continuous printed film, the entire mat warms evenly rather than as a few hot strips, so the whole footprint underfoot reaches a comfortable temperature at once. The element reaches working heat in roughly five seconds of switch-on.

The mat is offered at 220 V for standard indoor mains use and at 36 V for low-voltage, safety-sensitive installations. The plug-in controller provides multi-level heat adjustment and a timer, so the user sets a target warmth and can schedule the mat to switch off rather than run all day. The vinyl surface is waterproof and stain-resistant, and the backing is non-slip so the mat stays put underfoot rather than sliding on tile or wood.

Radiant heat is why a floor mat feels warm underfoot immediately. A central heater warms the air, which then slowly warms your feet from above; a graphene element warms the vinyl surface directly, so the moment you step onto the mat it feels warm rather than after the room has risen a few degrees. For someone standing at a cold counter through a winter day, that direct radiant response is the difference between a comfortable shift and a chilled one.

Available Models, Sizes and Power Options

The reference NYRN15/D ships in a 31 × 51 cm footprint that fits under a desk chair, in front of a kitchen sink, or at a standing workbench. It is offered at 220 V for standard indoor mains outlets and at 36 V for low-voltage installations where a safety-conscious customer prefers reduced voltage underfoot. The controller provides multi-level heat and a timer, so warmth can be set for the hours someone is actually standing and then switch off automatically.

For wholesale and private-label programmes, the size, vinyl colour and finish are open to customisation. The vinyl top is matched to a floor-style colour reference so the mat blends with an office, kitchen or retail interior rather than looking like a plain grey pad. We can adjust the footprint for particular stand-up desks, add a logo, and prepare retail packaging to your artwork. Voltage and plug options are confirmed at quotation so the build matches your market’s outlet and safety standards.

Key Features and Benefits

  • Five-second underfoot warmth — the graphene element reaches working heat almost immediately, so cold floors become comfortable the moment you step on.
  • Even whole-mat heating — continuous printed film means the entire footprint warms at once, with no cold corners between heating strips.
  • Waterproof, stain-resistant vinyl top — spills and marks wipe off, which matters in kitchens, workshops and retail floors.
  • Scratch-resistant, long-life surface — the vinyl holds up to foot traffic and chair movement across repeated seasons.
  • Non-slip backing — the mat stays flat underfoot rather than sliding on tile, wood or laminate.
  • Multi-level heat + timer — set warmth to the task and let the timer switch the mat off, avoiding all-day running.
  • 220 V or 36 V options — choose standard mains or a low-voltage build for safety-sensitive locations.
  • OEM / private-label ready — custom sizes, vinyl colours, logos and packaging for home, office and retail buyers.

Materials and Build Quality

The mat is built as a layered floor product: a printed graphene–carbon film sandwiched between insulating layers, faced with a waterproof, scratch-resistant vinyl top and backed with a non-slip base. The vinyl is chosen to resist stains and surface abrasion, so a mat used daily at a standing desk or kitchen sink keeps its finish rather than scuffing into a dull patch. The non-slip backing keeps the mat anchored, which is both a comfort and a safety feature on hard floors.

Because the heating core is a printed film rather than wires or a fragile wire mesh, the mat tolerates foot traffic and the occasional chair roll without developing point failures at fold lines. Each element is resistance-tested before assembly, the finished mat is checked for continuity and heat-level uniformity before packing, and the vinyl surface is inspected for colour and finish. The controller with multi-level heat and timer is the on-off and regulation point, and the whole build is designed for long-life indoor service rather than the seasonal demands of an outdoor de-icing mat.

On the production line, quality control runs in stages: resistance check before lamination, continuity check after assembly, and a heat-level and surface check before packing. The vinyl is matched to the agreed floor-style colour, the non-slip backing is inspected for grip, and the controller lead is strain-relieved at the mat edge so repeated moving and positioning does not loosen the connection. The result is a mat that keeps its even heat and clean finish across repeated daily use, rather than developing a dead corner or a scuffed surface after a season.

Typical Applications

  • Home office and standing desks — warm feet during long winter work sessions.
  • Kitchens and utility rooms — comfort while washing up, cooking or prepping at a cold counter.
  • Workshops and laboratories — standing warmth at benches and QC posts on cold concrete or tile.
  • Entryways and mudrooms — a warm welcome mat underfoot without the outdoor de-icing function.
  • Retail and service counters — staff comfort at tills, salons and reception desks in winter.
  • Elderly and comfort care — warm feet and reduced chill for users who feel the cold on hard floors.

Why Choose SunAura as Your Heated Floor Mat Manufacturer

SunAura Thermal is a graphene heating manufacturer based in Qingdao, controlling the element printing, lamination and mat assembly in-house. That vertical control is what lets us quote a factory price on indoor electric heating mat and anti-slip heated rug pad programmes, hold a realistic private-label MOQ, and keep engineering decisions direct rather than passed through a trading layer. We run OEM and ODM builds: custom sizes, vinyl colours, heat and timer settings, logos and retail packaging, all to CE and RoHS baseline standards for export.

We already supply home-goods distributors, office-product brands and retail buyers across multiple export markets. Send us your target retail price, vinyl colour reference and packaging artwork, and we return a sample and a written quotation. Because the element and the finishing happen under one roof, sampling loops are short and production lead times are predictable.

Safety and Compliance

The mat is a plug-in indoor device with a controller that provides multi-level heat and a timer, preventing unattended all-day overheating. The vinyl top is waterproof and the backing non-slip, so the mat stays safe underfoot on hard floors. The 36 V option offers a low-voltage build for locations where a reduced underfoot voltage is preferred. The graphene element produces no perceptible electromagnetic field during normal use. Export builds meet CE and RoHS requirements under our ISO 9001 quality system, and supporting test documents are available on our certifications page or on request.

Related Products and Internal Links

The heated floor mat is the indoor stand-on member of our graphene warming range. To avoid confusion, it sits alongside — but is a different product from — our outdoor snow melting mat for driveways and steps, and our beneath-the-floor underfloor heating mat. Customers who want whole-room radiant warmth alongside a foot mat may also look at our graphene heating film and WiFi smart thermostat. Frequently Asked Questions

Is this the same as your outdoor snow-melting mat?

No. The NYRN15/D is an indoor, stand-on comfort mat placed on top of the finished floor to warm your feet at a desk, kitchen or workbench. Our outdoor snow-melting mat is a separate product built for driveways, steps and walkways in freezing weather. Tell us whether you need indoor comfort or outdoor de-icing and we quote the correct item.

Can this mat be installed under my floor or under laminate?

No. This is a freestanding, plug-in mat that sits on top of the finished floor. If you want heating embedded beneath a new floor, that is our underfloor heating mat or graphene heating film range, which is a different installation. State whether you need a top-of-floor comfort mat or a buried underfloor system and we point you to the right product.

What is the MOQ for a private-label heated floor mat?

The minimum depends on the custom level. A standard-size, non-branded order starts lower, while a custom footprint, vinyl colour and printed retail box carries a higher MOQ. Share your quantity, target markets and vinyl colour reference, and we confirm the exact minimum and factory price in writing.

Is the top surface waterproof and easy to clean?

Yes. The vinyl top is waterproof and stain-resistant, so kitchen spills and workshop marks wipe off, and the surface is scratch-resistant for daily foot traffic. The non-slip backing keeps the mat anchored on tile, wood and laminate.

Does the mat have a timer, and what voltages are available?

The controller provides multi-level heat and a timer, so you set warmth for the hours you stand and the mat switches off automatically. It is offered at 220 V for standard indoor mains and at 36 V for low-voltage builds. State your market and preferred voltage at quotation so the correct plug and build are prepared.

Can you make a custom size or colour to match our interior?

Yes. As an ODM manufacturer we adjust the footprint and match the vinyl to a floor-style colour reference so the mat blends with your office, kitchen or retail space. Send a dimension and colour reference, and our engineering team returns a feasibility note and a sample build.

Do you supply samples and what certifications come with export units?

Reference samples are available for evaluation, and pre-production samples confirm custom sizes, colours and branding. Export builds are produced to CE and RoHS requirements under our ISO 9001 quality system, with test reports supplied. State your destination market when requesting a quote so the correct documentation is prepared.
