Products and Services

We are a professional manufacturer of electric underfloor heating film, heating mat, Wi-Fi thermostat and manifold systems. Product information, specifications, images and prices on this website are provided for general guidance and do not constitute a binding offer; the binding terms for any order are those set out in our written quotation, proforma invoice or sales contract.

Orders, Returns and Refunds

B2B orders are governed by the written sales contract or proforma invoice confirmed by both parties. Goods are inspected before dispatch and shipped in the confirmed production condition. Any quality claim must be raised in writing within the complaint period agreed in the contract, supported by photographs or product samples. Return of goods requires our prior written authorization; non-conforming goods are repaired, replaced or credited as agreed in the contract. Custom-made OEM/ODM items are produced to your specification, so change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted once production has started.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship by sea, air or express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) under the incoterms confirmed on your quotation — typically EXW Qingdao, FOB Qingdao, CIF or DDP. Title and risk in the goods transfer in accordance with the agreed incoterm. Production lead time is stated on your order confirmation and may vary with order volume, customisation and shipping schedule. Please allow the delivery window stated in your quotation for container shipments.
