Electric Heated Blanket

Model: NYKY10/C CE & RoHS Factory since 2008 OEM / ODM Welcome

Low-voltage 24V/36V electric heated blanket with graphene core, multi-level timer and no EMF — health-and-wellness OEM from SunAura.

Overview

The SunAura electric heated blanket (model NYKY10/C) is a low-voltage, plug-in graphene blanket built for overnight bed warmth and everyday relaxation. Unlike traditional 220 V resistance-wire electric blankets, the NYKY10/C runs from a 24 V or 36 V supply through a mains adapter, with a built-in graphene element, multi-level heat control and an integrated timer. It reaches working temperature in about three seconds, radiates uniform far-infrared heat across the whole surface, and is designed for health-conscious households, older users, and OEM home-textile brands selling into the wellness market.

Available in three standard bed sizes — 60 × 150 cm, 80 × 180 cm and 150 × 180 cm — with a choice of custom outer fabric in brown or blue (and custom colours on OEM orders), the blanket is one of the most requested products in our health-and-wellness textile line. SunAura Thermal has manufactured graphene heating elements and finished heated textiles in Qingdao since 2008, and this electric heated blanket is our flagship B2B product for home-textile, wellness and private-label buyers.

How Graphene Heating Works in an Electric Blanket

A conventional electric blanket uses resistance wire sewn in coils. The wire runs hot, leaves cold strips between coils, concentrates heat in a few narrow channels, and — because it runs at 220 V — sits a few centimetres from the body with a measurable electromagnetic field. The SunAura graphene blanket removes both problems at once.

The heating element is a carbon–graphene composite printed or woven onto a flexible fabric substrate. When current flows, the composite radiates far-infrared energy across the entire blanket surface in the 5–14 µm band — the same band the human body emits and absorbs naturally. Because the element is a planar sheet rather than a wire coil, heat is uniform across the bed: no hot spots under the chest, no cold corners at the feet. Electrical-to-thermal conversion efficiency is above 99%, so almost all the input goes into warmth rather than into warm wires or electromagnetic losses.

The second difference is voltage. The NYKY10/C runs at 24 V or 36 V, well below the touch-voltage limit that would present a shock hazard, and the mains adapter isolates the low-voltage side from the wall supply. The result is a low-voltage heated blanket with no meaningful EMF around the body during overnight use — the reason this product is positioned in our health-and-wellness (康养) line rather than alongside ordinary 220 V blankets. The same graphene element technology we build into our graphene heating film for buildings is laminated inside this blanket, scaled to bed size and sewn between textile layers.

Available Models, Sizes & Power Options

The NYKY10/C is offered in three standard bed sizes matched to common mattress dimensions:

  • 60 × 150 cm — single-seat throw, chair throw, or child / narrow-bed cover.
  • 80 × 180 cm — single / twin bed size for solo sleepers.
  • 150 × 180 cm — double / queen-size bed for two-person use.

Voltage is offered at 24 V or 36 V depending on target output and market, with the correct mains adapter (plug type, voltage range) supplied for the destination country. The controller offers multi-level heat selection plus an integrated timer, so the blanket can be programmed to step down or switch off after a set period — a standard safety feature for overnight use and a requested feature by wellness-oriented buyers.

Because we laminate the element and sew the finished blanket in the same Qingdao facility, OEM customisation is straightforward: outer fabric (fleece, cotton-linen, mink, coral fleece or customer-specified), colour (brown and blue standard; Pantone-matched custom colours on OEM orders), logo branding, heat-zone layout, controller labelling and retail packaging. Tell us your target bed size, market voltage, and retail price point, and our engineering team will spec the element density and controller to match.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Low-voltage, no harmful EMF — 24 V or 36 V operation means no high-voltage electromagnetic field around the body during sleep, the core selling point for health and wellness buyers.
  • Three-second heat-up — the graphene layer reaches working temperature almost immediately, so the bed is warm within moments of switching on.
  • Uniform far-infrared heat — planar graphene element radiates evenly across the whole blanket surface, eliminating the hot-wire / cold-corner pattern of traditional electric blankets.
  • Multi-level heat + timer — step from a pre-sleep warm-up to overnight background warmth, with the timer automatically stepping down or switching off.
  • Three standard bed sizes — 60 × 150, 80 × 180 and 150 × 180 cm cover chair throw, single bed and double / queen bed.
  • Custom outer fabric — fleece, cotton-linen, mink or customer-specified textiles, with brown and blue as standard colours and custom Pantone matching on OEM.
  • Far-infrared 5–14 µm band — the same band the body emits and absorbs; marketed to older users, people who feel the cold, and wellness buyers.
  • OEM-ready — private-label programmes with custom branding, controller labels, packaging and bundled adapter options.

Materials, Construction & Build Quality

The blanket’s core is a flexible graphene–carbon heating fabric laminated between insulating layers. Unlike resistance wire, the element is a printed or woven composite on a fabric substrate, so it flexes with the blanket, survives repeated folding and rolling, and does not fail at stitch points. The element is sandwiched between a soft inner lining and the chosen outer fabric (fleece, cotton-linen, mink or customer-specified), with heat coverage tuned to the bed size.

The controller is a dedicated low-voltage unit with multi-level heat buttons, an integrated timer, and over-temperature protection that cuts power if the element exceeds its design limit. The element itself is PTC-tuned so that folded or covered sections self-limit rather than overheating. The mains adapter is a certified low-voltage supply that isolates the blanket side from the wall. Each finished blanket is electrically tested for insulation resistance, leakage current and heat distribution before shipment; batch test records travel with every export order alongside CE and RoHS documentation.

Because the element is sealed between fabric layers, the blanket is built for normal bed use. Surface cleaning follows the fabric manufacturer’s guidance; the controller and low-voltage lead detach before any cleaning. For fully washable OEM programmes we can build the element on a removable liner — tell us your wash-cycle target and we will spec a construction that meets it.

Buyers comparing our build to imported 220 V blankets often ask why we do not sell a direct-mains model. The answer is deliberate: the health-and-wellness positioning of this line depends on the low-voltage, no-EMF case, and a direct-mains build would require the element to run at high voltage against the skin, which is the exact feature we are designed to remove. The isolated adapter is a certified component in its own right, selected for your destination market, and the low-voltage side of the circuit is the part the user touches. This is also why our test reports measure leakage current and EMF at the blanket surface rather than only at the wall plug — we publish those numbers because they are the ones buyers actually care about.

Typical Applications & Use Cases

  • Overnight bed warmth — pre-warming the bed and holding a comfortable background temperature through the night, especially in winter and cold bedrooms.
  • Health-and-wellness retail — low-voltage far-infrared warmth marketed to older users, people who feel the cold, arthritis and circulation-conscious buyers.
  • Chair and sofa throws — the 60 × 150 cm size works as a lap or knee throw on an armchair or sofa.
  • Winter residential use — bedrooms, guest rooms, study and home-office seating where a small pre-warmed blanket is more economical than heating the whole room.
  • Hospitality and care facilities — guesthouses, care homes and wellness centres that want low-voltage, EMF-conscious heated bedding.
  • Private-label home-textile brands — OEM programmes where we laminate the element into your existing blanket fabric and ship under your brand.

Why Choose SunAura as Your Electric Heated Blanket Manufacturer

SunAura Thermal has been building graphene heating elements and finished heated textiles in Qingdao since 2008. We are not a trading company sourcing blankets from a third factory: we print or weave the graphene element on our own lines, laminate it, sew the finished blanket, and run the electrical tests in-house. That vertical integration is what lets us offer genuine factory pricing on OEM orders, tune heat-zone density to your spec, and ship samples in about a week.

We work with home-textile brands, wellness retailers, hospitality suppliers, care-furniture buyers and private-label customers in more than 50 countries. Standard export terms are EXW or FOB Qingdao, with sea, air and express courier options. Custom OEM programmes include outer fabric selection, Pantone colour matching, logo branding, heat-zone tuning, controller labelling, bundled low-voltage adapters and retail packaging. All products are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 quality management and carry CE and RoHS (EU) 2015/863 compliance; test reports and certificates are listed on our certifications page and available on request.

For buyers comparing electric heated blanket suppliers, the questions that matter most are: where is the element made, what is the operating voltage, is EMF measured, is the blanket electrically tested before shipment, and what MOQ do you require? Ask us those directly and we will answer in writing.

Safety, Low-Voltage Design & Compliance

The safety case for a 24 V or 36 V electric heated blanket is the core of this product’s positioning. Running at low voltage through an isolated mains adapter, the blanket side of the circuit sits well below the touch-voltage limit that would present a shock hazard, even if the fabric is slightly damp. There is no high-voltage electromagnetic field around the body during sleep, which is the main concern buyers raise about traditional 220 V electric blankets. The controller includes over-temperature protection and an integrated timer, and the element is PTC self-limiting so folded or covered sections do not overheat.

We recommend using the blanket on the higher heat level only for a 15–30 minute pre-sleep warm-up, then stepping down to a low overnight level with the timer set. The blanket is designed for adult use; infants under three and users with impaired temperature sensation should not operate it unsupervised. Full electrical-safety test records, insulation-resistance data, EMF measurement reports and RoHS documentation are supplied with every OEM shipment; our certifications page lists the independent SGS, ZCT and CNAS reports we hold across the heated-textile range.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between this graphene electric heated blanket and a traditional 220V electric blanket?

Three differences: voltage (this blanket runs at 24 V or 36 V through an isolated adapter, not 220 V directly on the body), element type (a planar graphene sheet radiates uniform far-infrared heat across the whole surface, not resistance-wire coils with cold strips), and EMF (low-voltage operation means no high-voltage field around the body during sleep). That combination is why the NYKY10/C sits in our health-and-wellness line rather than alongside ordinary electric blankets.

Is the electric heated blanket safe to use all night?

Yes, when used on a low or medium heat level with the timer set. The element is low-voltage, PTC self-limiting, and the controller cuts power on over-temperature. We recommend high heat only for the 15–30 minute pre-sleep warm-up, then stepping down. The blanket is not intended for infants under three or for users with impaired temperature sensation.

What sizes do you offer, and can I order a custom bed size?

Standard sizes are 60 × 150 cm (chair / single throw), 80 × 180 cm (single / twin bed) and 150 × 180 cm (double / queen bed). Custom dimensions, outer fabrics and colours are available on OEM orders; tell us your target mattress size and we will spec the element layout accordingly.

Do you supply samples before an OEM order?

Yes. Sample blankets ship in about one week from Qingdao, typically by express courier, so you can evaluate heat output, fabric feel and controller behaviour before committing to a production run. Sample terms and freight are quoted case by case; request a sample quote with your preferred size, fabric and market voltage.

What is the MOQ for a private-label electric heated blanket?

MOQ depends on customisation. Standard size, standard brown or blue fabric, no-logo orders have a lower entry volume; custom fabric, Pantone colour matching, logo branding, controller labels or retail packaging move the MOQ up because of setup on the lamination and sewing lines. We quote MOQ and factory price in writing against your spec sheet; share your target retail price and we will work backwards.

Can the blanket be washed?

The controller and low-voltage lead detach before any surface cleaning. The standard construction has the element sealed between fabric layers; follow the outer fabric manufacturer’s cleaning guidance. For fully washable OEM programmes we can build the element on a removable liner — tell us your wash-cycle target (machine wash, hand wash, temperature) and we will spec a construction that meets it.

What voltage and plug options do you export for different markets?

The blanket side runs at 24 V or 36 V via a certified mains adapter. We supply the correct adapter and plug type (EU, UK, US, AU or as specified) for your destination market, and we already ship to customers in more than 50 countries. Always state your market when requesting a quotation so the correct adapter, plugs and certification documents are prepared.

How do you ship wholesale orders and what documents are included?

Orders ship EXW or FOB Qingdao by sea, air or express courier in export cartons. Every shipment carries the CE, RoHS (EU) 2015/863 and ISO 9001:2015 documentation, plus batch electrical test records. For urgent sample orders, check current production slots on WhatsApp before you commit.
