Heated Throw Blanket — Graphene Fleece Electric Throw

Model: NYRN09/C CE & RoHS Factory since 2008 OEM / ODM Welcome

24V low-voltage graphene heated throw blanket in milk fleece, 120x80cm, warming in 3 seconds for sofa and bed.

Overview

A SunAura heated throw blanket is a soft, fleece-covered warming throw engineered for the sofa, armchair and bed. At 120 × 80 cm it is sized to drape over the lap and legs, and it warms to a comfortable level in about three seconds once switched on through its low-voltage controller. The outer face is a plush milk fleece in grey-purple or fruit-green, with custom colours available for branded orders. Built around a printed graphene heating film rather than resistive wires, the heated throw blanket distributes heat evenly across the whole throw instead of leaving cold gaps between heating wires.

Marketed as a graphene throw and an electric fleece throw, it sits between a personal lap blanket and a full electric blanket in our product range. Unlike a fixed underblanket tied to a bed, a throw travels: it lives on the sofa through the evening, folds over the arm of a chair, and moves to the bedroom when the thermostat drops. That flexibility is why the format sells across home textiles, health-and-wellness and seasonal gift categories rather than as a single bedroom appliance. SunAura Thermal manufactures the element and the finished textile on our Qingdao lines, which lets us supply wholesale throws, private-label programmes and custom ODM builds to home-textile and gift buyers. The reference model is NYRN09/C.

How the Graphene Heating Works

Under the fleece, a printed graphene–carbon composite converts the low-voltage supply into far-infrared radiation across the 5–14 µm band. The conversion efficiency is above 99%, meaning nearly all of the electricity drawn becomes radiant warmth rather than lost heat. Because the element is a continuous film printed across the area, the entire throw warms at once — the lap, knees and feet receive heat together, with no cold channels between wires.

Rated at 24 V, the throw is a low-voltage device. The user is never exposed to mains voltage through the fabric, and low-voltage graphene elements of this type carry no meaningful electromagnetic field during normal use. That is the reason a fleece throw can sit directly on skin for long evening sessions without the EMF concerns associated with older mains-voltage underblankets. The element reaches working temperature in roughly three seconds, and a multi-level control adjusts the warmth for different clothing and room temperatures.

Radiant heat is the mechanism. A convection heater warms the air, which then warms you slowly; a graphene element warms the fleece fabric and your body directly, so the throw feels warm on contact the moment you drape it over your legs. For a product meant for instant evening comfort, that direct radiant response matters more than the wattage label, and it is why a low-voltage throw can feel warmer to the user than a higher-wattage wire blanket.

Available Models, Sizes and Power Options

The reference NYRN09/C throw ships in a 120 × 80 cm format — generous enough to cover an adult lap and legs while curled on a sofa, but compact enough to fold away with a throw cushion. It runs at 24 V through its controller, which keeps the fabric side safe while the wall adapter handles the mains step-down. Multi-level heating lets the user choose a gentle background warmth for reading or a firmer setting for a cold winter evening.

For wholesale and private-label programmes, the size, milk-fleece colour and trim are open to customisation. We can match your Pantone reference, add a woven label or hangtag, prepare retail boxes to your artwork, and adjust the heating layout for particular fold shapes. Voltage and connector details are confirmed at quotation so the build matches your market’s plug and safety expectations.

Key Features and Benefits

  • Three-second warmth — the graphene film reaches working heat almost immediately, so the throw is comfortable from the first minute on the sofa.
  • Whole-surface even heating — no wires, no cold gaps; the lap, knees and feet warm together across the full 120 × 80 cm area.
  • Low-voltage 24 V safety — the controller and adapter isolate the mains supply from the fabric, and the low-voltage element avoids EMF concerns for long evening use.
  • Plush milk fleece — a soft, skin-friendly outer that feels warm on contact and drapes naturally over the body.
  • Multi-level control — step heat up or down to match clothing, ambient temperature and personal preference.
  • Portable home comfort — moves easily between living room, bedroom and office, which is why it performs well as a consumer gift and winter retail item.
  • OEM / private-label ready — custom colours, labels, packaging and sizes for branded home-textile buyers.

Materials and Build Quality

The throw is built as a layered textile: a printed graphene–carbon film sandwiched between insulating linings, faced with a milk fleece chosen for softness and drape. The fleece traps a layer of warm air against the body while the radiant element warms the fabric directly, so the throw feels cosy without the clammy feel of plastic-coated pads. The lead exits at a corner to stay clear of the body, and the controller sits where the user can reach it without unfolding the throw.

Because the heating core is a printed film rather than a set of wires, the throw does not develop the point failures that plague wire blankets at fold lines. Each element is resistance-tested before assembly, and the finished unit is cycled through its heat levels before packing. The grey-purple and fruit-green standard colours are held for faster repeats, and custom fleeces are matched at sampling. Care instructions are confirmed per fabric so your retail packaging can print accurate washing guidance.

On the production line, quality control runs in stages: resistance check before sewing, continuity check after assembly, and a visual and heat-level check before packing. The milk fleece is inspected for uniformity and softness, and the controller lead is strain-relieved at the corner so repeated unfolding does not loosen the connection. The result is a throw that holds its soft feel and even heat across repeated seasons, rather than developing a dead corner or a cold channel after a few months of use.

Typical Applications

  • Sofa and armchair comfort — evening reading, television and family time in cold living rooms.
  • Bedside and bedtime — warming the feet and legs before sleep as a lighter alternative to a full underblanket.
  • Home office — for remote workers who sit at cold desks through winter.
  • Elderly and comfort care — lap and leg warmth for users who feel the cold in lower extremities.
  • Gifts and seasonal retail — winter gift sets, corporate gifts and promotional home-textile lines.
  • Travel and camper use — low-voltage warmth for caravans, hotel rooms and cold overnight stays.

Why Choose SunAura as Your Heated Throw Blanket Manufacturer

SunAura Thermal is a graphene heating manufacturer based in Qingdao, controlling the printing, lamination and assembly of the element and the finished textile in-house. That vertical control is what lets us quote a factory price on electric fleece throw and graphene throw programmes, hold a realistic private-label MOQ, and keep engineering decisions direct rather than passed through a trading layer. We run OEM and ODM builds: custom sizes, fleece colours, labels, heat layouts and retail packaging, all to CE and RoHS baseline standards for export.

We already supply home-textile distributors, brand owners and gift marketers across multiple export markets. Send us your target retail price, packaging artwork and fleece colour reference, and we return a sample and a written quotation. Because the element and the sewing happen under one roof, sampling loops are short and production lead times are predictable.

Safety and Compliance

The 24 V low-voltage architecture is the primary safety layer: the fabric side never carries mains voltage, and the controller isolates the user from the wall supply. The element is protected against sustained overheating by the control electronics, and the multi-level setting prevents accidental over-temperature. Low-voltage graphene heating of this type is not associated with the EMF concerns raised by older mains-voltage bed warmers, making the throw suitable for extended evening contact. Export builds meet CE and RoHS requirements under our ISO 9001 quality system, and supporting test documents are available on our certifications page or on request.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the MOQ for a private-label heated throw blanket?

The minimum depends on the custom level. A standard-colour, non-branded order starts lower, while a custom fleece colour, woven label and printed retail box carries a higher MOQ. Share your quantity, target markets and packaging artwork, and we confirm the exact minimum and factory price in writing.

Is the throw safe to use directly on the body for long periods?

Yes — it runs at 24 V low voltage through an isolated controller, so the fabric side never contacts mains voltage. The multi-level control lets the user keep warmth at a comfortable background level rather than a high therapeutic temperature, and the low-voltage element carries no meaningful EMF during normal use.

Can the heated throw blanket be washed?

Care is confirmed per chosen fleece at sampling so your packaging can print the correct instructions. The controller and lead are disconnected before cleaning, and the fleece is handled according to the care label we supply. We confirm wash method and whether a cover is recommended during the pre-production sample stage.

How many heat levels are there and how warm does it get?

The throw uses a multi-level controller. Output is tuned for cosy lap and leg warmth rather than high-temperature therapy, so the low setting suits a heated room and the high setting suits a cold winter evening. The graphene film keeps the surface even across the throw, with no localised hot spots.

Do you supply samples before a bulk order?

Yes — reference samples of the NYRN09/C are available for evaluation, and pre-production samples confirm custom fleece colours, labels and packaging. Sample lead time is shorter than production, and sample terms are discussed when you send your target quantity.

What certifications come with export units?

Export builds are produced to CE and RoHS requirements under our ISO 9001 quality system, with the relevant test reports supplied. State your destination market when requesting a quote so the correct adapter, plug and documentation are prepared for that region.

Can you make a larger or custom-sized throw?

Yes. As an ODM manufacturer we adjust the footprint, fleece colour and heating layout to your design. Send a dimension and your target surface temperature, and our engineering team returns a feasibility note and a sample build.
