Wiring & Installation
Mount on a standard recessed wall back box. Mains L/N terminals feed the unit; the load output switches the electric heating or carbon film circuit. Run the 3 m NTC floor sensor under the floor finish between two element runs. For loads above the rated current, switch a contactor from the output. After wiring, set the desired comfort level with the knob and confirm the floor-sensor limit. The circuit must be RCD-protected and finished by a qualified electrician.

How It Works
Turning the knob sets the target room temperature. The thermostat compares the measured room (and floor-sensor) temperature against the dial position and switches the heating on until the room reaches the setpoint, then off. As the room drifts below, the cycle repeats — holding a steady band of comfort with no programming required. The floor sensor enforces a safe maximum floor temperature so laminate, wood and carpet are never overheated.

Floor-sensor protection guards sensitive finishes; the simple dial cannot be accidentally programmed into unsafe modes; freeze-protection bands hold empty rooms above freezing.
